What can poker players and fans expect?
The PokerGO Tour (sponsored by Guaranteed Rate) includes some of the world’s most expensive buy-in tournaments. Numerous events from other tours and properties, as well as PokerGO’s own events, are on the program.
The PGT Championship is a two-day competition with a single re-entry allowed. Those who register before the event begins will earn a $1,000 appearance fee, as well as no rake from PokerGO.
The event will be the last opportunity for players to earn points on the PokerGO Tour leaderboard. The overall tour winner receives the Player of the Year award as well as an additional $200,000 in prize money.
The winner’s name will also be engraved on the Guaranteed Rate Cup. Second and third place finishers will get additional cash awards of $100,000 and $50,000, respectively.
