FansUnite Ltd is pleased to announce that they are expanding their company operations to include a new operation in the UK

FansUnite is expanding its European operations, and it’s doing so with a pair of partners who are experts at running online gaming businesses. The company is partnering with PokerStars and Party Gaming (through its BetStars brand) to deploy two online gaming platforms, and the first live poker tournament at the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Barcelona, Spain, on April 30.

FansUnite, the industry’s first online casino aggregator, expanded their operations in Europe in June, opening up a second UK office in London’s West End. The new office is the latest in a series of expansions, opening a branch office in Australia in April.

FansUnite, a Canadian sports betting business based in Vancouver, British Columbia, continues to expand its global territories. The company’s two subsidiaries, Askott Entertainment Inc. and E.G.G. Limited, have received gambling licenses from the UK Gambling Commission to offer services to the local gaming markets.

FansUnite is a worldwide sports and entertainment business based in Canada that offers gaming technologies to the regulated online gambling markets. Its iGaming platform dazzles with outstanding online sports and eSports betting options. Pre-match betting, in-play betting, daily fantasy, a wide variety of additional material, and a verified RNG to create chance games are all included.

Expansion into Europe

The business has obtained a remote gambling software license as well as a remote betting license from the UK Gambling Commission via its subsidiary companies. The business will be allowed to offer its B2B wagering systems to UK sportsbook and casino companies thanks to the licenses. It will also be able to distribute its B2C goods to market corridors in the local area.

The acceptance of the B2B and B2C licenses, according to Scott Burton, CEO of the Vancouver-based business, is a huge step forward for the company, which may now grow into one of the world’s biggest gaming marketplaces. The company’s permission to enter a new market, he claims, is a reflection of its strength and use of modern technologies.

The firm is also keeping a close eye on the gaming situation in Canada, where the Senate just approved a measure to enhance sports betting options. The bill, called as Bill C-218, would change the Criminal Code to remove the ban on single-sport betting and enable provinces to provide it to their people.

Individual event wagering is thought to put Canada in a position to compete with the United States in the gaming market. Many gamblers will be discouraged from going south to bet on big sporting events such as the Super Bowl. Another reason for the extension is to prevent Canadians from putting millions of dollars into offshore websites each year and utilizing the money to fund provincial governments.

Results from the first quarter

The Canadian entertainment and betting company released its official financial records for the first quarter of this year back in April. The company’s McBookie platform generated over CA$982,000 in gross gaming revenue, an increase of 136 percent over the same quarter the previous year. With a total bet volume of over CA$28 million made on the internet platform.

Acquisition in 2020

FansUnite announced the full purchase of Askott Entertainment in a transaction for approximately CA$5 million in 2020, and it was completed last summer. The parent firm now offers the subsidiary with its premium range of sports and gaming products as a result of the purchase. For each share held at closure, the business will get 1.9193 shares of FansUnite.
